Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I open the builder? In amoCRM — the "Websites" item in the left menu. You sign in with your amoCRM account, no password needed.

Where do leads from the website go? They arrive as deals in your amoCRM account: the main pipeline, the first stage, the responsible person is the employee who created the website, with the "Website" tag. The deal note contains all the form fields.

Didn't receive a lead? Check that the app is not disabled in amoCRM (amoMarket → Installed). If that doesn't help, write to us with your website address and the time the form was submitted.

How do I disable it? amoCRM → amoMarket → the app → "Disable". Your websites and data are preserved.
