How to display objects on a page

1. Create a section and leave the “Module” field empty — or enter static, which is the same thing.
2. When creating an object, specify this section in the “Section” field — objects are shown where they are attached.
3. In the section window, choose the “Object preview template”: it determines how objects look on the page — tiles, store cards, a banner slider. “— no template —” is the regular grid of tiles. You can open your site’s template with the “Edit” button next to the list.
4. The “Objects in section” button in the same window shows what is already attached to this section.

The order of the tiles is set by the “Order” field of the objects themselves in the “Object management” section.

Clicking a tile leads to the object’s page — it shows its properties and price table. The administrator configures the layout of this page right on it: dragging elements between columns, hiding unneeded ones, and adding their own fields.

If it didn’t work

• The page is empty. Either the section has no objects, or the objects are attached to another section, or the section has a different module set.
• The tiles look different than expected. Change the “Object preview template”; the appearance of the tile itself is configured with the style gear icon on hover.
• The “Add object” card is gone. It is shown by the regular grid; in a preview template it is displayed only if the template provides for it.
