How to set field width and unit of measurement
← Back"Width within column" stretches the field, "Unit of measurement" labels it — "pcs", "m²", "rub", or your own option.
Width. In the field window there is "Width within column": the field can take up the full column width or part of it, and then the next one will sit beside it. The columns themselves are created by dragging the field sideways.
Unit. The "Unit of measurement" list adds a label to the right of the field. Importantly, it stores the unit code, not the text: on the English version of the site "pcs" will become "pcs", and you don't need to translate anything manually.
If the unit you need is not in the list, select "Custom option…" and enter it in the "Custom unit" field — for example "packs". Such a label remains as is in all languages.
If it didn't work
- Fields don't line up. Each needs a width less than full — otherwise the first one will take the whole row.
- Unit is not translated. That means "Custom option" is selected — only units from the list are translated.
