How to transfer a form to another site

The "Download form" button saves it as a file, "Upload form" deploys it in another section.

  1. Open the completed form as administrator and click "Download form". A file will be saved with all fields, their order, columns, and settings.
  2. On another site (or in another section), create a section with the forms module.
  3. Open it and click "Upload form", select the file.

Uploading replaces the section's form entirely, rather than adding fields to existing ones. If something is already set up in the section, download its form first — that will be your backup.

The same method is convenient for keeping a reference: build a form once, download the file, and deploy it on each new site in half a minute.
