How to embed a form on another website

← Back

The "Embed form in another site" button gives you ready-made HTML code: a button with the form in a popup, the form in the page via iframe, or embedded without an iframe.

  1. Open the form as an administrator and click "Embed form in another site" — on the right in the builder panel.
  2. Choose an option: "Button + form in a popup", "Form in the page (iframe)", or "Embed in the page (no iframe)".
  3. For the button, set the "Button text" and "Button color" — the preview is right next to it.
  4. Click "Copy code" and paste it into the HTML of the other site's page — where the button or form should appear. In website builders this is the "HTML code", "Code", or "Embed" block.

How the options differ. The button opens the form over the page, full screen on a phone. The form in an iframe sits within the page text, and its height adjusts automatically. Without an iframe, the form becomes part of the page: shared scrolling, and the font and text color of that site. If that site won't allow it to be embedded, it will automatically be placed via an iframe.

The no-iframe option is unavailable if the form has fields that need their own scripts: file uploads, cloneable blocks, dependent list, cart, pickup points. These fields will be listed in the window.

Submissions from another site arrive the same way as from yours — according to the form button's rules. The first line of the email is "Submission source": the site and the page where the form was placed. The orders table has a "Source" column for this. If the button has the "Оплатить" rule, the payment page will open instead of that site's page.

Changes to the form on your site are visible on the other site immediately — there is no need to change the embed code.

If it didn't work

  • The "no iframe" option is greyed out. The form has a field from the list above. Use an iframe or a button with a popup.
  • In the form without an iframe, the phone number is entered without a mask. This is by design: the mask doesn't work there, but the number is still validated on submission and formatted as +7 (999) 123-45-67.
