How to make a price list with checkboxes and a total in a form
← BackThe “Services set with prices” field type: each line of the setting is a service with a price, the visitor ticks what they need and immediately sees the total.
- Click "Add field" and choose the "Service set with prices" type.
- In the "Services and prices" field, enter the items, one per line:
[label] Name | price | unit. - Save. A total will appear below the cards — it is recalculated every time an item is checked.
Labels at the start of a line:
[!]— always included, cannot be unchecked;[x]— checked by default,[ ]— unchecked;[1],[0]— quantity with "−/+" buttons, starting from 1 or 0 (for example, months of support).
A # Heading line starts a new group, and a > text line is a description of the item above it.
If items have units such as "mo." or "year", a line "Next: …" will appear below the total — showing how much you will have to pay each period after the first payment.
Names, descriptions, and prices can be edited right on the page: click the text, press Enter to save, Esc to cancel. New items, their order, and labels can only be changed in the field settings.
The total is calculated by the server based on the field settings, not by the browser, so a visitor cannot tamper with it. A form with such a field records every submission as an order, and the email includes "Order contents" and "Total". To open the payment right after submission, add the Оплатить rule to the button.
If it didn't work
- "The service list is empty". None of the lines contain an item with a label in square brackets. Check that every item starts with
[ ],[x],[!], or a number in brackets. - A strange "per service" next to the price. The unit is inserted after the word "per", so write it in the appropriate form: "service", "session", "mo.".
- You need to choose exactly one plan. There are no such labels. Make the plans items with the quantity
[0]or move the choice to a separate "Radio buttons" field.
