Where a visitor changes their name, password, and plan
← BackOn the /settings page (“Settings”): name and the “Change password” button, next to it — the plan block, below — personal settings for the site's modules.
- A logged-in visitor opens the “Settings” section (address
/settings). - The name is changed in the “Your name” field, then click “Save changes”. Below the field is the user number — handy to give to support.
- The password is changed with the “Change password” button: a separate page will open with a new password and confirmation.
- If the site has plans, next to it you'll see the “Plan settings” block: the current package, its term, and a button to choose a plan for the next period.
Further down the same page, personal settings for the modules your site has appear — each with its own “Save settings” button. If the site has no such modules, these blocks are absent.
A guest who opens /settings lands on the login page, and after logging in is returned to settings.
If it didn't work
- There is no plan selection button, only “Top up balance.” The user's balance is negative — a plan is chosen after topping up.
- No plan block. No plans have been set up on the site (the “Prices” tab in the “General settings” section).
