How to add a page to the menu

← Back

In the "Site structure" section, click "Add main item", fill in "Name" and "URL (alias)", and save.

  1. Open "Site structure" in the admin menu.
  2. At the bottom of the tree, click "Add main item". To make the item a sub-item of an existing one, click "+" on the desired item.
  3. Fill in "Name *" — this is the menu label.
  4. Fill in "URL (alias)" — the page address, in Latin characters: about, contacts. The leading slash is added automatically.
  5. "Page title (title)" — what is displayed as the large heading on the page itself. It can differ from the menu label.
  6. Click "Save".

Leave the "Module" field empty if this is a regular text page: its content is edited with the "Edit section text" button in the same window.

"Orientation" determines which part of the menu the item appears in: left, center, or right column, top, middle, or bottom. Nine combinations.

If it didn't work

  • The item is not visible in the menu. Check "Access level": values like "Nobody..." remove the item from the menu.
  • The page opens empty. This is expected until the section text is filled: open the item and click "Edit section text".
  • The address is already taken. Two sections with the same address cannot exist on the site — change the alias.
