How to send site requests to amoCRM

1. Create a section, for example /amocrm, with the app_amo module and «Everyone» access.
2. Open its page as an administrator. Copy the «Redirect link (redirect URI)» and the «Disconnect hook link».
3. In amoCRM: Settings → Integrations → «Create integration». Paste both links, check the «Access to account data» permission and save.
4. In the integration card, open «Keys and access». Copy the integration ID and the secret key into the section's «Module settings» — the «Integration ID» and «Secret key» fields. For Kommo, select the «Region».
5. On the section page, click «Connect amoCRM» and grant access.
6. In the «Leads and orders → deals» block, check «Send leads from site forms (and orders) to amoCRM». Select the «Pipeline», «Stage», «Responsible person», and, if you wish, «Tags (comma-separated)» and «Deal name». Click «Save».
7. Test it with the «Create test deal» button.

Each lead becomes a deal. The contact is looked up in amoCRM by phone or email, and if it doesn't exist, it is created. All form fields are attached to the deal as a note. The following placeholders work in the deal name: {Форма}, {Имя}, {Телефон}, {E-mail}, {Заказ}, {Сумма}.

In the «Which forms to send (none selected — all)» list, you can leave only the forms you need. If amoCRM doesn't respond, the lead waits in a queue and is sent again. The status is shown in the «Recent leads» block.

If the integration is needed only for your own account, you can do without the connect button: enter the «Account address» and «Long-term token» in the module settings and click «Connect via long-term token».

If it didn't work

• The «Connect amoCRM» button is inactive. The module settings are missing the integration ID or the secret key.
• An error about client_secret. The wrong string was pasted in the field, or the key was regenerated after you copied it. Copy the secret key again.
• The lead didn't become a deal. Check the status in «Recent leads». After an error, click «Resend».
