What are site apps and integrations and where to enable them
← BackAn integration is a site section with a special module: create a section, choose the module in the “Integrations” tab of the module store and fill in the “Module settings”.
- Open “Site structure” and add an item, for example with the address
amocrmortg. - To the right of the “Module” field, click “Choose” — the “Module store” will open.
- Go to the “Integrations” tab, open the needed card and click “Choose this module”. You can also enter the module name manually.
- Set the “Access level” given in the article about this integration and click “Save”.
- Open the section again and click “Module settings” — this is where you enter the keys from the external service.
- Open the section page while logged in as an administrator: it shows a summary, addresses to copy and connection buttons.
What is available now:
app_amo— amoCRM: requests into deals, chats, the site in the amoCRM menu;app_b24— the site as a Bitrix24 app;app_moysklad— MoySklad: catalog, prices, stock and orders;app_tg— the site as a Telegram mini app with payment in Stars;app_vk— the site as a VKontakte and Odnoklassniki mini app.
Visitors usually don't see such a section: it serves as an entry point for an external service or a panel for the administrator. The site itself outside VK, Telegram or Bitrix24 works as usual.
Nearby, in other tabs of the module store, are posting (publications and mailing), rss (news feed) and map (map).
If it didn't work
- No “Module settings” button. First save the section with the selected module, then open it again.
- The section was created long ago under the name
vk-appsorb24-apps. Nothing needs to be changed: the old names work the same asapp_vkandapp_b24. - The section page shows “service section”. That is how a visitor sees it. Log in to the site as an administrator.
