How to connect MoySklad and export products to the site

Create a section with the app_moysklad module, paste the token from MoySklad and click «Connect» — groups become catalog sections, products become objects with prices and availability.

  1. Create a section, for example /moysklad, with the app_moysklad module and «Administrators only» access.
  2. In MoySklad: Settings (gear icon) → «Tokens» → «Create token». MoySklad administrator rights are required.
  3. On the section page, in the «Connect MoySklad by token» block, paste the token and click «Connect».
  4. In the «Settings» block, select the «Price on the site» and check what you need: «Load photos», ««Availability» property for products», «Sell products out of stock». Set «Full catalog reconciliation, every N hours» and click «Save».

Catalog loading starts immediately. Product groups become sections inside the «Catalog» section, and products become objects with a name, description, first photo and the «Price», «SKU» and «Availability» properties. Variants turn into a variant choice («Size», «Color») with their own price. If the site has no catalog and cart, they are created automatically.

After that, changes from MoySklad arrive on the site immediately. In addition, a full reconciliation runs on a schedule: new products appear, deleted and archived ones are removed. You can run it manually with the «Sync now» and «Update stock» buttons.

Your own edits on the site (name, your own properties) are kept until that field is changed in MoySklad.

If our app from the solutions store is installed in MoySklad, the store can be created right from there with the «Create online store» button. There is also another way: click «Get code» there and enter the code on the site in the «Or link to the app from the MoySklad solutions store» block → «Link». The code is valid for 30 minutes.

If it didn't work

  • Some products have no price and no «Add to cart» button. They have zero stock. Enable «Sell products out of stock».
  • Changes arrive with a delay. Your MoySklad plan has no instant notifications — the panel says so. In that case, the site is updated by the scheduled reconciliation.
  • «MoySklad no longer accepts the token». The token was revoked or changed. Create a new one and connect again; the products on the site will be kept.
