How to publish a post to all social networks at once and send a mailing to clients

The posting module publishes one text with an image on the VK wall, in the OK feed, in messenger channels, Telegraph, LiveJournal and the site news, and also sends it to those who wrote to the multichat.

  1. Open the «Posting and mailing» section. If it isn't there, create a section with the posting module and access set to «Administrators only».
  2. Write the «Message text» or set the «AI prompt» and click «AI, write the text». If the field is already filled in, the AI will use it as a basis.
  3. Add an image: drag it in, select a file or click «AI, suggest an image».
  4. In the «Where to send» block, check the destinations under «Publication on a page» and, if needed, «Mailing to those who wrote to us».
  5. Click «Send». The sending progress is shown at the top, along with «Pause» and «Stop».

Where you can publish: the VKontakte community wall, the Odnoklassniki group feed, a Telegram channel or group, WhatsApp, MAX, a Telegraph article, a LiveJournal post. Communities and groups are taken from the multichat connections. A messenger channel is added with the «+ Channel or group in a messenger» link, a blog with «+ Telegraph or LiveJournal». If the site has an RSS feed, "News on the site" will also appear here: the post will become an item in the feed section.

The mailing is sent as a private message to everyone who wrote to you in the multichat. Group chats and the "Trash" are not included. The time range is set by the «Wrote within» field, and closed conversations are added by the «and "Completed"» checkbox.

The VK and Odnoklassniki keys, the image generator and the pauses are set in «⚙ Settings» at the top of the page. The results and errors of each sending are collected in the «History» tab.

If it didn't work

  • The VK wall asks for a key. You can't publish to the wall with the community key from the multichat. Click "Get key" and log in to VKontakte as a community administrator. The key is valid for about a day.
  • The OK feed doesn't publish. The feed requires your own OK app from the group administrator. A step-by-step hint is in the ⚙ for this channel.
  • The Telegram channel isn't found. You need the numeric chat id like -1001234567890, not the @address.
