How to distribute a press release across platforms

In the "Press releases" tab of the posting module, put together a release (AI can help), then open the form for each platform, copy the fields in one click and mark it as sent.

  1. In the "Posting and Mailing" section, open the "Press Releases" tab.
  2. Fill in "Title", "Teaser — 1–2 sentences, the gist of the news", "Release text", "Media contacts" and "Website link". You can click "Take release text from the post" and "Take image from the post".
  3. Or describe the news in the "What the release is about (for AI)" field and click "AI, write a press release".
  4. Click "Save release".
  5. In the "Platforms" list, open the form for each platform, copy the fields and submit the release on its website. Then mark the platform as having received the release.

Press release distribution sites have no way to accept a release automatically, so the final click on their site is yours. The module remembers where the release has already been sent. If you paste a link to the published release, it will be saved next to the mark.

At first, the list contains ten platforms, including Пресс-релиз.ру, PRtime, Forpress, Прессуха and Pressfeed. Each has a note: whether it is free and whether registration is required. You can add your own platform with the "+ Own platform" button. Deleted platforms do not come back.

The AI writes the release in a business style in the third person and does not invent figures, prices, dates or quotes. Still, check the facts before sending.

If it didn't work

  • The AI button says it is not configured. AI is connected on the platform side — contact support. You can also write the release manually.
  • The address of your own platform is not saved. It must start with https:// and contain no spaces.
