← BackRefresh the page with cache clearing — Ctrl+F5 (on Mac ⌘+Shift+R). If that doesn't help, check whether you edited the right section.
Most often the page is served from the browser cache. The engine's styles and scripts update themselves, but the page itself may remain in the browser's memory.
If nothing changed after Ctrl+F5 — check whether you saved the window (the "Save" button) and whether you edited the right section: the site may have several similar pages.
