The page returns 404
← BackEither there's no section with that URL, or it's set to "Nobody. Close access.".
Open "Site structure" and find the section. Check two fields: "URL (alias)" — the address must match what's in the browser bar — and "Access level": the value "Nobody. Close access." returns 404 to everyone except the administrator.
An address with a dot (e.g. /page.html) isn't considered a section by the engine at all — remove the extension.
