How to connect Ozon, Wildberries and Yandex Market chats

Each marketplace is connected with an API key from the seller account: “Add channel” → marketplace → paste the key → “Save and connect”.

  1. In the multichat, click “Add channel” and select Ozon, Wildberries or Yandex Market, then “New connection”.
  2. Create a key in the seller account:
    • Ozon — Settings → Seller API → “Generate key”, with access to chats. Enter “Client-Id” and “Api-Key”.
    • Wildberries — Profile → Settings → API access → “Create token”, category “Chat with buyers”, without the “Read-only” checkbox. Paste it into “WB API token”.
    • Yandex Market** — profile icon → Settings → API and modules → “Create API key” with the “Communication with buyers” access. Paste it into “Api-Key”. “Account ID” is only needed if the key opens several accounts.
  3. Click “Save and connect”. The multichat will verify the key and load the latest chats; after that, new messages are fetched once a minute.
  4. For Ozon and Market you can enable instant delivery: copy the address from the “Instant delivery (optional)” block and paste it in the account into push notifications (API notifications).

Platform rules. You must not give the buyer a phone number, email or links, or invite them to communicate outside the marketplace. A reminder is displayed above the reply field, and if a contact is found in the reply, the multichat will ask again: “Fix” or “Send anyway”.

A reply in Ozon and Wildberries can be up to 1000 characters, in Market — up to 4096. Wildberries accepts only JPEG, PNG and PDF files.

If it didn't work

  • Error “Ozon denied access to chats”. Ozon opens chats via API only with a Premium Plus or Premium Pro subscription.
  • Error “WB: too many requests…” or “WB limited requests to the chat…”. The “Basic” token has a limit of one request per hour. Create a “Personal” token and replace it in the settings.
  • Wildberries stopped working after six months. The token lasts up to 180 days: create a new one and paste it into the same connection. The list warns about this in advance.
