How to receive T-Bank payments in the multichat

1. “Add channel” → “T-Bank” → “New connection”. Copy the address from the “Site IP address for the token” block.
2. In T-Business: Integrations → T-API → Issue token (this is done by the owner or head of the company). In the “External static IP addresses” field, paste the copied address.
3. Select the accesses “Company account information” and “Company transaction information”, and for instant notifications — also “Webhook management”.
4. Paste the token into “T-API token”, specify “Email for bank service messages” and click “Save and connect”.
5. After saving, “Accounts” will appear: select the ones you need (with none selected — all).

Each payment arrives as a message: amount, payer, TIN, bank, payment purpose. Payments from one payer are collected into one conversation. By default only incoming payments are shown; the “Show account debits too” checkbox adds expenses.

You cannot reply in such a conversation — when the payment has been processed, click “Done”. Payments are sorted into folders by rules, for example Сообщения содержащие в теле "депозит" удалять в корзину — the rule checks the payment purpose.

Without the “Webhook management” access the channel also works: payments are pulled from the statement every 5 minutes, and for instant notifications the multichat will prepare a letter to the bank — the “Copy letter” button.

If it didn't work

• The bank replies “no access”. Either the token's accesses are not selected, or the site's IP address is not entered in the token's “External static IP addresses”. The token will have to be issued again.
• A payment arrived twice. The bank sometimes duplicates transactions; the multichat filters out repeats, and a transaction corrected by the bank is marked “changed”.
