How to let the customer choose a CDEK or DPD pickup point

Add the «CDEK pickup points» or «DPD pickup points» field to the order form: the customer selects a city and a point. Delivery cost is not calculated.

  1. Open the order form on the site and click «Add field».
  2. In «Field type», in the «System» group, select «CDEK pickup points» or «DPD pickup points». You can add both.
  3. If orders should not be accepted without a point, make the field required.
  4. Save.

The customer enters a city, gets a list of points (with a search by address or code if the list is long) and selects the one they need. A line with the service, code and address of the point goes into the request and the orders table.

Parcel lockers are hidden by default. To show them, enter the word постаматы in the field's default value.

Delivery cost is not calculated and is not included in the order amount — include it in the price or agree on it with the customer separately.

If it didn't work

  • Instead of a list of points there is a message that the directory is unavailable. The list of points is taken from the delivery services directory on the platform side. Contact support.
  • The city you need is missing. Type the name from the beginning: cities are searched by their first letters.
