Where to view orders and how to mark a payment

← Back

Each form's orders are stored in its own table — the list of tables is at the bottom of the "Payment acceptance" tab; the status is changed on the order page.

  1. Open «General settings» (/look-admin), the «Payment acceptance» tab. At the bottom, in the «Order tables» block, you will find the «form → table» pairs.
  2. The table is a hidden section «Orders: form name» at the form's address ending with -orders. Columns: «No.», «Date», «Payment status», «Amount», «Order contents» and the form fields.
  3. The icon in the status column opens the order page. At the bottom, in the «For administrator» block, select a status and click «Change status».

Statuses: «Awaiting payment», «Invoice issued», «Paid», «Cancelled», «Refund». Online payment sets «Paid» automatically, based on the bank's notification. You mark invoice payments yourself. When an order changes to «Paid», administrators receive an email.

The same table serves as the «My orders» page for the customer: they see only their own rows, and a guest is prompted to log in. Orders placed without logging in are linked to the account by matching e-mail. To add the page to the menu, change its «Access level».

If you added new fields to the form, open the form's «Module settings» and click «Create/sync table with form data»: new columns will appear, and old data will remain. The column of a deleted field is hidden but not deleted.

If it didn't work

  • «Order tables» is empty. There have been no orders yet, and synchronization hasn't been run. Click the button in the form's module settings.
  • A request came in, but it's not in the table. Submissions go into the table from the moment it is created; earlier ones remain only in emails. Without a table, a submission counts as an order only if it has the Сохранить or Оплатить rule, or the «Items in cart» or «Set of services with prices» field.
  • You need to issue a refund. Refunds are made in the bank's dashboard, not on the site. The «Refund» status comes from the bank's notification or is set manually.
