How to set up card payments

← Back

The «Payment acceptance» tab in the «General settings» section: T-Bank and PSB — Russian cards in rubles, PatDy — foreign cards in dollars. Each has a test mode.

  1. Open «General settings» (/look-admin) → «Payment acceptance» → the «Card payment» block.
  2. T-Bank. Fill in «TerminalKey» and «Terminal password» from the bank's dashboard. To test, check «Test terminal». If you need a receipt, enable «Send receipt (54-FZ)» and fill in the «Taxation system», «VAT», «Payment subject», «Payment method» fields.
  3. PSB. Fill in «Terminal (TERMINAL)», «Merchant (MERCHANT)», «Store name on the bank page» and two «Key components» — the bank sends them in two separate emails. With the «Test environment» checkbox, empty fields are replaced with PSB's shared test terminal.
  4. PatDy. Fill in «API secret key», «Merchant ID» and «Webhook secret key», and in the PatDy dashboard specify the notification address — it is shown on the tab.
  5. Enable «Accept», click «Save», then «Test connection».

Switches and checkboxes are saved immediately, text fields — with the «Save» button. Passwords and keys are not shown after saving: an empty field means «do not change». For T-Bank and PSB, the notification address is passed automatically with each payment.

On a multilingual site, each method has «Show in languages» checkboxes: by default, PatDy is shown in all languages except the primary one. If both T-Bank and PSB are enabled, the customer sees two card payment buttons.

If it didn't work

  • There are no payment buttons on the order page. The method is not enabled or not checked for the language of this page.
  • PatDy: payment went through, but the order is not «Paid». The notification address is not specified in the PatDy dashboard, or the wrong key was entered: the webhook secret key is a different key, not the API key.
  • T-Bank: funds are blocked but not charged. Two-stage payment is not supported — a single-stage terminal is required.
