How to accept payments via SBP and by invoice

On the «Payment acceptance» tab, enable «SBP» (via a T-Bank terminal) and «Invoicing» with your bank details; a commercial proposal in Word is also available there.

  1. SBP. In «General settings» → «Payment acceptance» → «SBP» enable «Accept» and select «Via». With the «Show QR code immediately on the order page» checkbox, the QR code is displayed next to the order contents without an extra click.
  2. Invoice. In the «Invoicing» block, enable «Accept» and fill in the details: «Recipient (LLC / sole proprietor)», «INN», «KPP (leave empty for sole proprietors)», «Bank», «BIK», «Settlement account» and the rest. «Payment term, days» will be included in the invoice.
  3. Commercial proposal. In the «Generate and download commercial proposal» block, check «Enabled» and fill in the title, contacts, text before the table, terms and signature.
  4. Click «Save» in each block.

For an invoice, the customer enters the organization name and INN and receives a printable invoice with the amount in words. The site does not see money arriving in the settlement account — when it arrives, set the order status to «Paid».

The commercial proposal is a Word file with the order contents, prices, the site logo and the amount in words; it can be edited before sending. The «Download commercial proposal» button is visible on the order page in any status except «Cancelled».

On a multilingual site, the invoice and the proposal have a «Custom version for language …» checkbox — for foreign details: SWIFT, IBAN, Tax ID.

If it didn't work

  • The QR code does not appear. SBP works via the terminal from the «Card payment» block: set up T-Bank and connect SBP to the terminal in the bank's dashboard.
  • The invoice is paid, but the status is «Invoice issued». That's expected: invoice payment is marked by the administrator.
