What the customer sees on the order payment page

← Back

The /pay/… page opens after checkout: on the left are the order contents and details, on the right are the amount and payment method buttons.

The order page opens automatically after clicking a button with the Оплатить rule. A link to it is in the order email and in the «My orders» section.

  • «Order contents» — items with an image, quantity, price and amount.
  • «Order details» — what the customer entered in the form.
  • «To pay» — the amount and buttons for the enabled methods: «Pay by card», «Pay via SBP», «Get an invoice». Card payment redirects to the bank's page.
  • For an invoice — a short form: «Organization or sole proprietor», «INN», «KPP», «Address» and the «Get invoice» button.
  • If the commercial proposal is enabled — a separate «Download commercial proposal» link.

When there are no payment methods, instead of buttons there is «Thank you!» and «A manager will contact you.», and the amount is labeled «Order amount». This way the site works as a request intake without payment.

After payment, the page shows «Order paid»; in case of cancellation or refund, the corresponding label. On a phone, the payment block is at the top, above the contents.

The administrator also sees a «For administrator» block at the bottom: status change, payment method and request source. The source is not shown to the customer.

If it didn't work

  • «Order not found». The link was copied incompletely or opened on a different site.
  • «Payment is being processed by the bank». The bank hasn't sent confirmation yet — the page will update by itself.
  • «Payment failed». The bank declined; the customer can try again or choose another method.
